This is from last year but it's going viral now. Security video shows a flying stream of molten steel narrowly missing a worker at a mill. It's known as a "cobble," and it happens when the rollers get jammed causing the molten steel to shoot into the air. It's not uncommon, but it's obviously extremely dangerous.
