ALEC BALDWIN says he lost 30 pounds in four months after being diagnosed as pre-diabetic. And it sounds like it wasn't that difficult for him. -He says, quote, "I gave up sugar. I do Pilates and spin, but I don't do as much Yoga as I'd like. "When we're shooting and I can't work out, I just have to eat less. So I'm very conscious of that. But sugar was the real killer for me . . . that was the problem." Baldwin's current girlfriend is a 27-year-old yoga instructor named Hilaria Thomas.

49-year-old Sue Kent was born with no arms, but that hasn't stopped her from becoming a trained massage therapist. -Sue's mother was given Thalidomide as a treatment for morning sickness when she was pregnant, and that might be what caused Sue's birth defect. But she hasn't let it prevent her from having an active lifestyle: She swims, dances ballet, and rides horses. --She's also the only massage therapist in Great Britain trained to use her feet instead of her hands. Sue actually thinks that she has an advantage over other masseuses. Her feet cover a larger surface area, and many of her clients say it feels like a, quote, "big hand." She's been practicing for three years, and just got hired as one of the official team massage therapists for the U.K. Paralympics team.

--A violinist in Slovakia was in the middle of his performance when someone's cell phone started ringing. But instead of getting angry, he started playing along with the ringtone. Apparently this happened over the summer but video just released. (Tone at :37 second mark)

A Seven-Year-Old With No Legs and One Arm Is a Competitive Swimmer

-Seven-year-old Gabe Marsh of Guntersville, Alabama was born with no legs and one arm. (--Guntersville is about 70 miles northeast of Birmingham.) As if he needed things to get any more difficult, Gabe was given up for adoption by his birth mother. Ann Marsh adopted him, adding him to her family of 10 children, all adopted. Despite missing three limbs, Gabe learned to swim. His mother says he refuses to believe he's, quote, "any different than anyone else." In fact, for more than a year, he's been a member of a swim team, participating in competitive races.--Gabe has finished as high as second in several races . . . and his performance may end up winning him an even more valuable prize. Gabe is one of five finalists for Examiner.com's America Inspired contest. If he wins, the grand prize is $50,000. When told about the cash prize, Gabe asked his mother if he could use the money to get a Nintendo 3D.

Elin Nordegren is SO rich -- she's basically building a replica of the multimillion dollar estate. Renderings Elin submitted to the Palm Beach County Dept. of Planning, Zoning & Building. Compare the exterior elevation drawing with the pic of the house that was on the $12 million property before Elin razed it. Both are traditional/colonial homes with a very similar shape. The drawing looks similar to the 9,000 square foot house that was demolished. Elin's builder told PEOPLE the house Elin 86'd was 90 years old, didn't meet code provisions to withstand hurricanes, and was infested with termites. Of course, the house Elin builds will be brand spanking new.

Papa Johns pizza has issued an apology to a customer after an employee identified her as 'lady chinky eyes' in her order. Theracial identification was caught by New York City customer Minhee Cho Friday night after the store printed her receipt. Taking to Twitter on Saturday, she uploaded a picture of the paper with the caption: 'Hey @PapaJohns just FYI my name isn't 'lady chinky eyes''
Contacting the pizza shop, The Huffington Post reports that an assistant manager said she was unaware of the incident. But by Saturday evening, the company had reached out to Ms Cho with an apology.
