One of the iconic images of the destruction from Superstorm Sandy is a sunken roller coaster in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.  Even now, the roller coaster is still mostly submerged under water.   38-year-old Chris Angelo of Lakewood, New Jersey was displaced by Sandy.  And like pretty much EVERYONE who was displaced, he's unhappy with how the government has significantly backed off the recovery effort.  So yesterday, Chris decided to bring attention to the cause by climbing the roller coaster and planting an AMERICAN FLAG on top of it.

He swam to the coaster, climbed it, planted the flag . . . and then was ARRESTED.   The police didn't say specifically why he was arrested, but we're guessing it was a trespassing charge.
